BRAND STATEMENT
Jeju Air is here for you.
Customer-centric innovation to create unprecedented travel experiences for value-seeking customersKorea’s number one low-cost carrier
Always a new beginning! Jeju Air’s new business identity!
On our tenth anniversary, we updated our business identity with a visual design representative of Jejus natural environment. It is an expression of our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, and represents our drive to become Asia’s favorite low-cost carrier.
The flagpole-shape embodied in the “i” in our logo signifies the sincerity with which we welcome our customers, as well as the leadership and professionalism of Jeju Air employees in the international aviation industry.
We imbued our logo with the color orange in homage to the island of Jeju. The “I” has been adorned with the color blue to symbolize safety and trust. These two colors blend together for a visual experience of vibrancy and enjoyment.
On the whole, the enhanced color scheme expresses our commitment to serve customers on a wider network spanning the entire Asian region.
New Pattern
The tails of our aircraft have been given an updated design feature, a pattern featuring the symbols of Jeju—rocks, wind, waves, and islands.
Jeju is a volcanic island with a multitude of rocks. Embankments and fences made of piles of rocks are a common sight in Jeju.
Jeju is surrounded by the ocean and exposed to constant winds that usher in the waves. These environmental features have been visually incorporated in the new pattern design.
The new pattern is one of the visual symbols of Jeju Air.

Your safety and wellbeing come first.
Jeju Air’s Safe Travel Campaign
Jeju Air has implemented a routine quarantine system that minimizes contact between staff and customers and among customers for safe travel.
Screened ticketing counters
Jeju Air is the first Korean airline to install screens on ticketing counters for COVID-19 safety.
Physical distancing at check-in
Visual guides are in place where customers line up for check-in to maintain physical distancing. We ask for your cooperation in these trying times.
Self bag drop-off
Passengers with baggage for check-in can check in their baggage conveniently and safely using a contactless baggage drop-off system. This service is restricted to international flights only. Domestic passengers can check in baggage at check-in counters.
Mobile Boarding Pass
Contactless check-in is available for enhanced safety. Passengers who request it are automatically issued a mobile boarding pass 24 hours before departure. Mobile boarding pass holders without any baggage to check in can head straight to the boarding area without stopping by a check-in counter.
Kiosks
If you were not issued a mobile boarding pass before arriving at the airport, use a kiosk for contactless check-in. It’s safe and convenient. All airports in Korea have kiosks that will give you a boarding pass free of charge. Just enter your booking reference to collect your boarding pass. Your passport must be scanned for international flights.
Boarding Pass Self-scan at Boarding Gates
We have introduced a self-scan system for boarding pass checks at boarding gates to minimize contact between passengers and crew. Approach the barcode reader and show your boarding pass to the crew member present. You will then be instructed to scan the barcode at the bottom of your boarding pass before boarding the plane.
Boarding of Planes in the Order of Seat Numbers
To minimize contact between passengers on the plane during boarding, you will board the plane in the order of assigned seat numbers. You will be given directions by crew. Please note that boarding a flight in this manner will only take place when flights are on schedule. In the event of delays or other negative airport conditions, passengers will board a flight in the order of arrival.
Mandatory Mask Use
All Jeju Air employees stationed in airports are required to wear a mask. Please wear a mask at the airport for everyones safety.
S.A.F.E: Jeju Air’s New Standard of In-flight Service
We will be striving to prioritize your safety (Sanitary) by maintaining physical distancing between passengers and crew (Avoided), all the while providing quality service (Friendly, Emotional).
Masks and Gloves Worn by Cabin Crew
All Jeju Air cabin crews are required to wear a mask. Please wear a mask on flights for everyones safety.
In-flight Disinfection During Flight
A first among Korean airlines, Jeju Air is keeping the insides and handles of cabin lavatories disinfected during flight on all routes.
HEPA Filter for Pure Air in the Cabin
To create the safest cabin environment possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jeju Air regularly inspects the ventilation systems in aircraft and replaces HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filters at the ideal frequency.
* A HEPA filter is an advanced air filter capable of capturing particulates like dust, bacteria, and viruses.
