How to Activate a Gift Ticket Jeju Air Gift Ticket is an open air travel ticket that you can give as a gift. A Gift Ticket can be used on the Jeju Air website or app at any time during its valid period.

    Log in through the JejuAir website/app and go to [My Page > My Service > Gift Ticket].

    Select [Activate Gift Ticket], and enter your Gift Ticket PIN to activate.
How to Use a Gift Ticket to Travel

    Browse airfares on the JejuAir website/app.

    Select [Gift Ticket] as a discount option in passenger details.

    Select an activated Gift Ticket.
  • Flights can be booked for the logged in user only. All other users will need to log in with their own IDs and register the Gift Tickets to be used.
  • Once 24 hours elapses after booking a flight with a Gift Ticket, only itinerary changes are allowed and will entail a fee.
  • Once 24 hours elapses after booking a flight with a Gift Ticket, canceling the flight does not restore the used Gift Ticket and only airport charges and fuel tax are refunded.
  • Gift Tickets can be used to book flights for adults only (aged 13 or over for domestic flights, aged 12 or over for international flights).
  • For domestic flights, a booking for 1 infant per adult is allowed. For international flights, a booking can be made for 1 adult only.
  • Failing to board a flight booked with a Gift Ticket exhausts the Gift Ticket. In such a case, airport tax and fuel tax will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Itinerary changes for a flight booked with a Gift Ticket can be made on the JejuAir website or app before the boarding close time. The passenger must log in to make the changes.
  • Gift tickets can be reserved and boarded within the validity period after registration is completed.
  • The limit per Gift Ticket is 1 one-way trip per person for domestic flights and 1 round-trip per person for international flights.
  • For flights booked with a Gift Ticket, fuel tax and airport tax must be paid separately.
  • No J 포인트s are issued for flights booked and boarded using a Gift Ticket.
  • Bookings made with a Gift Ticket can be changed before departure time on the JejuAir website/app. Booking change fees apply.
  • When making a reservation using a gift ticket, you cannot purchase additional services with points.
  • If you wish to request a refund for the Gift Ticket, you can apply for a refund after canceling the registration. (Within the registration period - from the place of purchase / within the travel period - Jeju Air)
  • If you wish to cancel the Gift Ticket registration, you can do so by going to My Page > My Gift Tickets > clicking on the relevant Gift Ticket and selecting "Cancel Registration."
  • Once the Gift Ticket registration is completed, the ticket cannot be refunded if the boarding validity period has passed, and it will be automatically voided.
  • Gift tickets for corporate prizes or promotional items cannot be canceled or refunded.
