[Roulette Event Notes]

· This event is available to Jeju Air members and prizes can be claimed at the offline event booth during the Batam Korean Festival.

· J Points are awarded randomly and will be credited immediately to your account upon winning.

· Each member (ID) may participate only once during the event period. Multiple entries are not allowed.

· Entries made through improper methods or fraudulent means may be disqualified.

· J Points earned through this event are valid for 3 months from the date of accrual and will expire automatically after the validity period.

· J Points can be used only on the Jeju Air website, mobile web, and App.

· When booking tickets with J Points, mixed payments (cash, card, points) are not allowed. Please select “Points” as the payment method before searching for fares.

· J Points can only be used as a payment method for additional services if the flight ticket is booked via the Jeju Air website, mobile web, or App. (*Some products such as Business Light and Bundle fares are excluded.)

· J Points earned through this event cannot be transferred to others or refunded in cash.

· If you win a non-J Point prize (Diary Set, Oxford LEGO Airplane, Jeco Luggage Tag), you must collect your prize in person during the event period at the Jeju Air booth in Grand Batam Mall.

[Comment Event Notes]

· The winner of the comment event will receive a 1 round ticket from Batam to Incheon.

· Winner Notification: Winners will be individually notified via the contact information provided during membership registration.

· Tax Notice: If the prize value exceeds 50,000 KRW, the winner is responsible for paying 22% in taxes. We may request your mobile phone number, address, and a copy of your ID.

· Incorrect Information: Jeju Air is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect personal information submitted by the customer.

· Disqualification: Participants who enter through inappropriate means or are found to have won unfairly may be disqualified.

· Unreachable Winners: If we are unable to contact the winner within 7 business days after the announcement, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another selected winner.

· No Substitution: Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred. Prizes may be substituted with a different item due to company circumstances.
