Customers who cannot use a kiosk to collect their boarding pass for any reason are advised to collect their boarding pass from the airport counter.
Passengers with a confirmed booking of a Jeju Air flight can check in for free at a City Airport Terminal on the day of departure. Once you get to the airport of departure, you will board your flight quickly through a reserved gate.
Passengers scheduled to board any Jeju Air flights, except flights to and from China and Oceania (Guam and Saipan), can check in for their flights departing from Incheon at Seoul Station
Minors traveling alone and wheelchair users are unable to check in at the Seoul Station City Airport Terminal.
Currently, City Airport Terminal check-in service is only available at Seoul Station. If you are using the City Airport Terminal at Gwangmyeong Station, please check in at a check-in counter at Incheon International Airport.

You normally don’t need to check in again at a transfer counter to get onto your connecting flight, but sometimes you are not able to check in for all the flights on your itinerary due to airport circumstances. In those situations, you will need to check in for each flight.

With connecting flights operated by some airlines, you are able to check in your baggage to be transferred onto connecting flights, but at times this service is unavailable due to operating conditions. Make sure that transfer of your baggage onto connecting flights is available when you check in.

The medical certificate must have been prepared, signed, and issued by an obstetrician or a gynecologist within 7 days from a boarding date. This rule applies to return flights departing within 7 days from the start of an itinerary.
