About Sign-up and Closing of Account
- Minors aged between 2 and 14 require parental consent to mobile phone or i-PIN authentication.
- A minor who does not have a mobile phone registered in their name can sign up using i-PIN.
- Persons aged 14 or over who do not have a mobile phone registered in their name can sign up using an i-PIN.
- Indicate agreement to the terms of the J Point service at signup on the Jeju Air website to sign up for the J Point service automatically.
- Your name in English, entered at signup for the J Point service, must match your name in English as shown in your passport.
- If your name already registered in your Jeju Air account is different from your name as shown in your passport, then you can close your account and sign up again or contact Customer Service on 1599-1500 to make a change.
- You can close your Jeju Air account in [My Page > Edit My Details].
- All points collected are lost if you close your Jeju Air account.
About Earning Points for Ticket Purchase
- For every KRW 1,000 spent on flights, you receive 50P. Points for bookings made overseas are calculated based on a conversion to KRW at the applicable exchange rate.
- Points are issued for both domestic and international flights. Points are only issued for flight charges. No points are issued for any coupon usage or fuel surcharge, airport facility charges, or tax paid.
- Points issued for a flight booked are valid for 3 years from a date of issue. Points expire after this valid period.
- For flights booked on the Jeju Air website (PC/mobile) or app, points are issued from 2 days after a boarding date.
- For flights booked through travel agencies, Customer Service, or airport counters, it can take up to 40 days after a boarding date for points to be issued.
- No points are issued for flights booked using points or for free, Value Alliance flights, additional services purchased, and any taxes paid (fuel surcharge, airport facility charged, etc.).

How Boarding Count is Calculated
Your boarding count increases by 0.5 with each domestic flight boarded.
- Points issued for flights boarded and extra points issued according to your member class combined count toward the calculation of your member class. Points are only issued when a flight booked and paid for normally is boarded. No points are issued for flights booked using points.
- A member class is maintained for 3 years, before being updated 3 years from a previous update.
- Your history over the 3 years preceding the last day of the month previous to the date of your member class update is assessed in updating your member class. For example, if your member class update is assessed on JUL 10, 2018, then we assess your history from JUL 1, 2015 to JUN 30, 2018.
- Your member class is raised if the criteria set for each member class are met. Member class update takes place once a month on the 10th.
- To claim your additional baggage service and priority baggage service, present your J Point card for authentication at an airport counter.
- Seat booking is limited to economy class seats only. (Front-row and emergency-exit seats are excluded).
- Additional baggage service provided as a benefit that comes with different member classes is pursuant to the checked-in baggage regulations of Jeju Air.
- Claim your additional baggage service at a check-in counter.
- Priority boarding allows you to board your flight ahead of others. This service is subject to restriction as per the airport circumstances at the time of your boarding. To claim the priority boarding service, present your mobile app card at an airport counter. If you check in at a kiosk or online, then your priority boarding service is activated automatically.
