You might transfer at least one time if you use Value Alliance.
Automatic transfer of passengers and baggage is not possible yet. Therefore, you should enter the country where the transfer airport is located, claim your bags, and then move to the check-in desk of the connecting flight airline to check in again.

You can purchase additional services such as baggage allowance, in-flight meal and seat selection together with a ticket during the booking step.
You can choose among three types of baggage conditions – Saver, Special and Regular – as you want.
Example) if you choose Special, 10 kg carry-on baggage and 1 piece of 15 kg checked baggage for a Jeju Air route,
7 kg carry-on baggage and 15 kg checked baggage (no limitations in the number of bags) for a Cebu Pacific route.
Thus, when you choose, please note that airlines have different terms and conditions.

You can get points only for Jeju Air flight and they will be earned after your boarding. You can use the points afterwards when you buy additional service, etc.
However, if you have any question on point-earning for Value Alliance partners such as Cebu Pacific, please contact the relevant airline.
Please note that you cannot buy additional services for a Jeju Air route with points you earned with other Value Alliance partners.

We accept credit card only, no cash. Also, it is not possible to issue a tax invoice. Although Jeju Air provides services for which VAT is charged as a general taxpayer that operates passenger transportation, most of the passenger transportation provide their services for consumers (who are considered as final consumers), not businesses. Therefore, regulations do not allow for VAT deduction. Registration date : 2018.01.29

If any of your checked bags are missing, you can declare it at the destination airport to the baggage desk or staff of the airline that you just boarded.
Example 1) If you booked your journey Incheon – Manila – Singapore and if your bag is lost/delayed in Singapore, You can inquire about your bag at the baggage desk or staff of the Manila-Singapore route airline.
Example 2) If you booked your journey Incheon – Manila – Singapore and if your bag is lost/delayed when you arrived at Manila Airport, You can inquire about your bag at the baggage desk of staff of the Incheon-Manila route airline.
