STEP 01Go to the bike case pickup point at your origin airport.
- Check the pickup instructions sent by Roundel one day before departure .
- Pick up bike case at least twp hours before your flight departure.

STEP 02Complete ID check to pick up your booked bike case.

- Watch Roundels instructional video along with pickup instructions to pack your bike in the case securely. (You need to do this yourself.)
- The pickup point at the airport has tools and pumps you can use

STEP 03Check in your packed bicycle as baggage at a Jeju Air counter.
- You will need to complete and sign a damage/claims waiver form.
- Jeju Air and Roundel Package: Includes sports equipment transport and additional 20 KG bicycle baggage allowance

STEP 04Return the bike case at the drop-off point at your destination airport
- Check the pickup instructions sent by Roundel one day before departure .
- For round trips, rent a bike case at the drop-off point at the airport before your return flight
- You must disassemble and assemble your bicycle yourself on departure and arrival. Jeju Air is not liable for any damage to bicycles occurring from such disassembly or assembly.
- Jeju Air does not supply any tools or equipment for disassembly or assembly of bicycles. (Bring your own tools.)
- Electronic power shifts of more than 160WH or 8 G are not accepted as carry-on or check-in baggage.
- Electronic power shifts of less than 160WH must be switched off or disconnected.
- If your bicycle has an EPS built into its frame, please remove the battery (if unable to disconnect the EPS) and carry the bicycle onto your flight; alternatively, disconnect the EPS and check in your bicycle as baggage.
- If you’re traveling with an SRAM electronic power shift, please remove the battery and carry the electronic power shift onto your flight. SRAM electronic power shifts are not accepted as check-in baggage.

- Pickup/return times vary by airport. Be sure to check the pickup/return times that apply to you before booking a bike case rental.
- Selection cant be made if the bicycle carry bag service is unavailable.
- Sports equipment transport charges are included in the bicycle carry bag service.
Jeju Air has partnered up with Roundel, a bike travel service provider, to loan you bike transport cases that will make your bike travel more convenient. Simply pick up your rented bike case at your origin airport and return it at your destination airport. There are no additional storage charges.
The case rental service is available only to Jeju Air passengers. The service may not be available on some flights, which will be indicated when you book the flight.
If you cancel your flight, the bike case rental will also be canceled. No refund or use is allowed within 72 hours of departure.
Sports equipment transport to the value of KRW 20,000/USD 20 and an additional 20 KG bicycle baggage allowance are included. Charges entail any exceeded allowances. (We do not charge for holding your booked case for you.)
Bike case rentals can be canceled for a refund anytime 72 hours before your departure. To do this, go to My Page > My Bookings > Cancel Additional Services on the Jeju Air website/app.
The service is not offered for multicity itineraries and connecting flights.
If you have more than 72 hours remaining to your departure, cancel your bike case rental and book another rental. We can bring your pickup date forward but cannot grant rental extensions.
