- Customers who booked via Jeju Air’s mobile web/app or PC can purchase up to 24 hours before departure.
- Fare options can be purchased during the flight booking process and are not available after reservation or ticketing is completed.
- Fare options cannot be purchased when issuing award tickets.

Fare Option Details
This is an option that allows you to select additional services such as extra baggage, seat selection, and in-flight meals on top of the BASIC, STANDARD, or FLEX fare benefits.
A 10KG carry-on baggage allowance is included in the fare, and the indicated checked baggage allowance includes the free checked baggage weight.
How to Purchase Fare Options

- When selecting a fare for domestic or international flights, fare options are displayed together.

- Please select your desired fare option.

- Please select the services included in your chosen fare option.

- STEP 04
- Please check the services included in the fare option when booking your flight.
- Only customers who booked through Jeju Air’s mobile web/app or PC website can purchase until 24 hours before departure.
- Additional purchase is not available after booking and ticketing.
- Not available for purchase when booking with a points ticket.
- All passengers included in the same booking can purchase together; partial purchases by individual passengers are not allowed.
- Fare options cannot be canceled separately. If the flight booking is canceled, the purchased options will be automatically canceled as well.
- Individual services within a fare option cannot be canceled or refunded separately.
- No additional fees apply to fare option refunds.
- Ancillary services purchased in addition to those included in the fare option are subject to the ancillary service cancellation policy.
- When changing your reservation, the previously purchased fare option will be handled as follows depending on the type of fare you change to.
- If changed to the same fare type, the previously purchased fare option will be maintained. However, based on the departure time of the modified itinerary, BAGGAGE+ and BAG&SEAT+ will be automatically canceled within 24 hours prior to departure, and PREMIUM+ will be automatically canceled within 72 hours prior to departure.
- If you change to a different type of fare, the previously purchased fare option will be automatically canceled and cannot be repurchased.
- Fare options are not available for certain itineraries.

All fare option prices are applied in KRW only when departing from Korea。
For departures outside of Korea, prices are applied in USD and converted to local currencies (JPY, CNY, PHP, IDR, etc.) based on the USD amount.
