Who can use this service?
In-flight duty free shopping is available to all customers taking international flights to or from Incheon, Gimpo, and Busan.
Some routes and codeshare flights are excluded.
You can shop duty-free in flight.
Browse the available products in the Air Shop brochure provided on your flight, and one of the cabin crew will assist you with your purchase.
Alternatively, order your duty free goods before your travel.
Do your duty free shopping before your flight. This way you can receive your items on your flight.
If you are traveling on Southeast Asia routes, Oceania routes, and international routes to or from Gimpo International Airport, orders by email or in-flight order form must be placed at least 72 hours before departure.

Ordering When Booking a Flight When booking international flights on the Jeju Air website,
you can pre-order duty-free items up to 72 hours before departure through the "Pre-order of Duty-Free Goods for In-flight Pickup" option
when selecting additional services. -
Order by Email Select Order above and complete all required fields to collect your purchased goods during your flight.ac -
Use an In-flight Order Form to Order Complete an in-flight order form and hand it to the cabin crew to receive your ordered goods on the specified booked flight.
What payment methods are available?

Cash The currencies KRW (₩), USD ($), JPY (¥), and CNY (元) are accepted when paying by cash.
(Paragraph 2, Article 79 of the Enforcement Decree of the Corporate Tax Act) -
Credit Card Credit cards issued by Korean banks and some overseas banks can be used. A USD 500 (KRW 600,000) purchase limit applies per credit card.

Payment by a Korean bank-issued credit card is processed in KRW. The installment payment option is available with purchases worth KRW 50,000 or more. (Corporate credit cards not accepted.)
Visa Electro, debit cards, check cards, and credit cards not in your own name are not accepted.

- Order and purchase of duty free goods are unavailable on domestic flights and some international flights.
- Some ordered items may not be available due to insufficient time for customs declaration, insufficient loading space on the flight, or product unavailability.
- Before ordering duty free goods before your flight, check the duty free limits and regulations of Korea and the countries you will be visiting.
- Orders/purchases of duty free goods in excess of the limit are reported to customs as per the regulations.
- Customs clearance limit on duty free goods carried by travelers is USD 800, including goods acquired overseas before flight boarding.
- However, alcoholic beverages (USD 400 and under, 2L or less, no limit on the number of bottles), cigarettes (200 pieces), and perfume (100ml or less) are not included in the basic allowance.
- Duty-free orders are canceled if any itinerary changes are made. New orders can be placed in My Page > My Bookings > Details > Purchase Additional Services at least 72 hours before departure.
How do I get a replacement or refund?
- Replacements and refunds for defective goods are only issued onboard JejuAir flights.
