Standard Airfares by Day and Route (one-way trip, per person)
The domestic airport tax (Passenger Service Charge) is 4,000 KRW per one-way trip. (For departures from Incheon: 5,000 KRW one-way)
However, flights from Incheon to Jeju are temporarily offered at a 50% discount, with a one-way fee of 2,500 KRW. (Additional discounts cannot be applied.)

However, discounts for Jeju residents, and 4.3 survivors and bereaved families may also apply to some BIZ LITE fares.

2. 50% Discount on Airport Tax
- Infants, persons with disabilities (and their accompanying guardians for grades 1-3), national merit disabled persons (and their accompanying guardians for grades 1-3), persons with Agent Orange sequelae, individuals with outstanding achievements in technology/skills, recipients of basic livelihood security, and 5.18 democratic merit persons
However, fare discounts do not apply if the accompanying guardian is under 13 years of age.
3. Notes on Discount Application (Proof of Eligibility)
- All discounts are non-combinable. Please select the discount with the highest rate applicable to your online purchase.
- Eligible passengers must present at least one valid supporting document upon arrival at the airport. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the discount.
- If you have completed web/mobile/kiosk check-in, proof of discount will be verified at the boarding gate.
- If you wish to apply a new discount or change an existing discount after purchasing your ticket, you must cancel your current ticket and repurchase it.
4. Member Information

Jeju Air members are required to submit supporting documents at the check-in counter only once upon their first flight. Subsequent flights will not require separate verification.
(Not applicable for bookings made by disabled persons, national merit recipients, independence merit recipients, Jeju April 3rd incident victims families, May 18th democratic merit recipients, non-members, and other websites)

- Charges and penalties apply per person and per route, based on the date of initial booking.
- Penalties are applied per route based on the time of refund.
- With an itinerary change, you are not able to change routes, but only able to change flight dates with the routes unchanged.
- Change of dates, days, flights, and classes can require a payment of any difference in airfare and a change fee.
- If charges and penalties exceed airfare paid, then only the airfare paid is forfeited.
- If a booking is changed or canceled within 24 hours after being made, no change or cancellation fees are applied before check-in counter closing.
(Applied to purchases from JejuAir website/mobile, airports, and Customer Service only.) - A fee will be charged for each change made after 24 hours of the original booking. An itinerary change will be available before check-in counter closing.
- No personal discount can be applied after a booking you made has been paid for. To apply a personal discount to a booking already paid for,
you will need to cancel and refund your booking and make another one. - Fees and penalties are applied to adults and minors at the same rate. No fees or penalties apply to bookings for an infant who is not allocated a seat.
- The ticket is valid for one year from issuance date for unused tickets or one year from your first departure date for partially used tickets.
- The refund request should be submitted within 30days of ticket expiration date and request thereafter may be declined.
- Airport taxes on unused tickets are fully refundable.
- For tickets reissued due to itinerary changes, the paid change fee is non-refundable even if the reservation is canceled.
- The FLY/FLYBAG Fare Type name has been changed to BASIC/STANDARD as of May 29, 2025.
- A fee will be charged in case a booking name(spelling) changes through an airport or customer service center from Jul20,2022(Ticket issued date)
- Possible to Change the spelling only for the same pronunciation, but a fee will be charged.
- It is not possible to change the passenger to another person.
- Please note that the fee for name(spelling) changes is non-refundable, even in the event of booking cancellation (including same-day cancellations).
- Domestic flight : 5,000 KRW (per person/Adult · Child applied as same)
- In the case a last/first name was input in reverse order.
- Incorrect gender/title input.
- Infant under 24months that do not occupy a seat.
- In the case an evidential documents(an abridged copy or confirmation of renaming) were submitted due to legal name change.
- In the case the entire middle name of a foreigner was added.
- Service fees are charged for booking or changing flights at an airport counter or through JejuAir Customer Service.
- Fees are charged in the currency of the origin country. Within Japan, fees charged include consumption tax. (1USD/EUR=7CNY=8HKD/MOP=30TWD=32THB=4MYR=1.5SGD)
- Fees are charged per person and non-refundable.
- Infants aged under 24 months are exempt from fees.
